I think they look futuristic and bad ass. I have little knowledge and understanding of that technology. It looks expensive to make but its nice knowing they are working hard and tweaking it in the right ways. I heard the company is solid, and has christian core values. I was hoping their web site would have more info. I am interested as well, but wonder how durable that bow would be.

Becuase if it is ill be the first to say that its a Scorpyd stock and barrel with a different riser and limbs. Perhaps they are the ones behind this? Dont know, just noticing an obvious similarity.

 

Yes it is, and you are correct. Athens makes a lot of parts for Scorpyd and have worked with Jim a lot in the past 4 years. It utilizes the stock and trigger mech.from scorpyd, but the rest is theirs. Athens makes most things in house in Indiana, even their own limbs. It is a parrallel type limb design with a reverse draw cam system. Supposed to have lots of carbon, extremely light wt. with no vibration and no noise. Just things i've heard or read.

 

Why would they need a folding stock???

 

If I remember correctly it doesn't have a folding stock.
I also believe there is another company which uses the same stock but I am at a lose to remember their name at the moment.
